You have the right

3. Data collection when visiting the website

When you visit our website www.iflos.org, we only collect data that your device automatically transmits to us. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored in a log file during your visit until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address and connection data of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the page or file accessed,
  • Website from which the access was made (referrer URL),
  • type, version and language of the browser used
  • if applicable, the operating system and the system configuration of the computer as well as the name of the access provider.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
  • Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
  • evaluation of system security and stability and
  • for other administrative purposes.

Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

The provision of this data by you is not required by law or contract, nor are you obliged to do so. Nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. However, failure to provide this data could lead to restrictions in the use of our website.

  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
